Brett Penprase - Founder
Brett founded Flybridge Capital Pty Ltd with 29 years of industry experience spanning various asset classes, distribution channels and client types working for established world class leading asset managers from around the world.
His last role of employment was with Oaktree Capital Management where, he served as Managing Director - Head of Australian / NZ distribution where he devised and executed successfully a distribution strategy for their Global Credit and Private Debt offerings. Brett joined Oaktree from Challenger Limited, where he was a senior institutional business development manager, here he represented Ares Management Corporation, Whitehelm/(Patrizia), Challenger Real Estate and Resonance Capital.
Brett began his career as an equities assistant with Global Funds Management which became part of Tyndall Investment Management in 1994. He then moved on to Zurich Investments where he rose to become the head of manager research for retail distribution after being the head of settlements and unit pricing.
Following the ten-year stint at Zurich, Brett spent the next decade in distribution as an assistant vice president with Partners Group and subsequently director of institutional sales with Robeco.
Brett received a Bachelor of Business in accounting and finance from the University of Technology Sydney.
Bill Entwistle - Non Executive Director

Bill joins Flybridge Capital Pty Ltd as a valued Non Executive Director and will Chair the advisory council with 37 years of experience.
Bill is a non-executive director of Revolution Asset Management, an Australian private credit investment management firm.
Prior to joining the board of Revolution, Bill held senior management roles at Ares Management Corporation, a global alternative asset management firm headquartered in Los Angeles, as Managing Director, Relationship Management & Strategy overseeing the growth of Ares’ institutional business in Australia and New Zealand, and latterly as an Advisor to Ares.
Prior to his nearly 10 years with Ares Bill held senior management roles with investment banking firms Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and Chase Manhattan Bank, and as Chief Investment Officer at Absolute Capital, an alternative credit investment management firm based in Sydney, leading a team of 7 investment professionals investing in structured credit funds and securities.
Bill is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA.
Allison Bonta - Member advisory council
Allison joins Flybridge Capital Pty Ltd as a valued advisory council member covering North America with 11 years of experience.
Allison is a Managing Director and the Head of Investor Coverage at Devon Park, a secondaries advisory and private placements firm based in the United States that focuses on GP-led transactions. In this capacity, she leads all aspects of the firm’s investor coverage activities and builds relationships with the full spectrum of capital allocators and investors globally. She plays a key role in sourcing partners for Devon Park’s investment opportunities and optimizing needs throughout the capital structure for each transaction.
Prior to Devon Park, Allison raised capital for private credit and infrastructure strategies, most recently at Oaktree Capital Management. She began her career in investment banking where she focused on M&A and capital raises for companies in the consumer and retail sectors.
Allison graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in economics.
Reto Boerlin - Member advisory council
Reto joins Flybridge Capital Pty Ltd as a valued advisory council member for Europe with 20 years of experience.
Reto is a partner of invenia partners a 3rd party marketing business for investment managers in Europe.
Reto held previous roles at Convero AG & Polaris Investment Advisory AG in business development capacities, prior to this he spent 3 years at Unigestion as head of product development and spent 8 years at Partners Group between 2003-2011 finishing as the head of strategic marketing.
Reto received a Bachelor of Science in Business Adminsitration, Marketing Management.
